Bookings should be made minimum 48 hours in advance prior to pick up time. Proper Car Rental will confirm the booking by email or fax in written information and when the service is not available the booking may not be confirmed. For bookings in less than 48 hours to pick up time, you should contact us by phone for quick assistance and confirmation.
The client should provide all the necessary information to do the transfer services as :
- Client Name
- Client's mobile number (if available)
- Pick up Location (Airport/Arrival Terminal/Address etc.)
- Flight Numbers
- Destination Address (May require directions to Private property, home, villa etc.)
- Number of Passengers
- Vehicle Type
- Any special request
Rates are per vehicle including vehicle, driver, fuel, airport parking, highway tolls, V.A.T. 18%, local taxes, insurance (up to limit of the vehicle insurance) and child seats. Child Seat Types : Rear facing baby seat (0-12 months), Forward facing child seat (1-3 years old), Child Booster Seat (4-7 years old).
Any additional service request such as change in the booked route, stopping (except emergency) during transfer, any food or drinks, insurance excess.
The transfer insurance covers the passengers for only medical costs up limit of vehicle insurance policy they are transported. Every care is always taken, customers' property is carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage. Customers are therefore advised to check their own travel insurance. We strongly recommend clients take out adequate holiday insurance. It is their responsibility to check to have adequate insurance cover. The insurance should cover, amongst other things, the cost of cancellation by client, all medical costs and the cost of assistance including return to their country in the event of an accident or illness.
CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE
Proper Car Rental reserves the right (and delegates to its drivers and appointed agents the right) to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passenger(s).
Passengers are not allowed to consume alcohol on any of our vehicles. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.
Proper Car Rental will use every reasonable means to ensure that the vehicle(s) arrives on time to begin the period of hire and that it reaches its destination on time. We will not incur any liability whatsoever in the event of any delay due to causes beyond its control.
Proper Car Rental will endeavour to carry the passenger(s) with the minimum discomfort and inconvenience to his/her destination shown on the confirmation document providing that this is a hotel, apartment or other facility with full address. However, circumstances beyond our control may prevent the achievement of this responsibility. The following are examples of circumstances which are not within our control:
- Accidents causing delays to the vehicle
- Exceptional or severe weather conditions including snow or flood.
- Compliance with requests of the police
- Deaths and accidents on the road
- Vandalism and terrorism
- Unforeseen traffic delays
- Industrial action by third parties
- Problems caused by other customers
- Other circumstances affecting passenger safety
- Road closures due to local fiestas or other events
- Properties that are not accessible to type of service booked
- Bookings that have been made showing incorrect details of dates, flight times etc.
- Failure by the client to produce their arrival/departure instructions
- The list is not exhaustible
Proper Car Rental may provide transfer services through its own locations where available and acts only as a booking agent for transfers done by service partners/third parties where Proper Car Rental vehicles are not available. For transfers provided by service partners/third parties we have no liability for any of the transfer arrangements and in particular no liability for any illness, personal injury, death or loss of any kind, unless caused by our negligence. Any claim for damages for injury, illness or death arising from your use of the transfer services, must be brought against the operator of the transfer services and will be under the jurisdiction of the law of Turkey in which the transfer is being provided.
Customers are entitled to one suitcase and one hand luggage only. Any excess luggage e.g. ski equipment must be declared at the time of booking we MUST be informed of items such as snow boards, skis etc. We will be as sympathetic as is reasonably possible, but occasionally, extra charges may be made at our absolute discretion. Luggage MUST be clearly labelled with the owners name and destination address. In the event of undeclared excess luggage, Proper Car Rental reserves the right to charge an excess baggage allowance (which must be paid for prior to transportation) or to refuse transport of the excess items.
CHANGES IN RESERVATION
All changes need to be made after the confirmation should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
or faxed to + 90-252-3168843 and will take effect from the date received by Proper Car Rental. However, if the change needs to be made in less than 48 hours to pickup time, you should contact us by phone + 90-252-3169540, + 90-252-3130115, + 90-544-3449540 (Emergency Number 24 hours)
Client or Agent may cancel according to our cancellation policy and may get refund. Our cancellation policy : - In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your transfer, Proper Car Rental will levy a charge for the cancellation of your booking prior to your collection date (see below). - No refunds will be given for no shows or for cancellations made after the pickup date/time. All cancellations must be made in writing, emailed to email@example.com

Complaints may be made in written format latest in 14 days after the transfer service is completed. We are not responsible for complaints made after 14 days of service taken. If the complaint is caused because of our negligence, we will try our best to solve the situation. If the efforts for an amicable solution fails or falls through within 15 days of the arising of the dispute, the parties shall seek for the settlement of the said dispute at an authorised Turkish court in Bodrum. Any decree which involves the reasonable attorney's fee and the expenses and which decree is granted by the said court shall be final and binding. The final decree might be appealed at the Supreme Court.
